We want to make sure your Grapevinehill experience is both FUN and HASSLE-FREE. If you have any concerns or issues with your product, please feel free to contact us prior to returning your item(s). We welcome and encourage exchanges and will make every effort to help you find the right product.
You have 30 days from time of purchase to return any item back to us for a refund or an exchange. All returns must be sent with a completed "Product Return & Exchange Form". Failure to include this completed form may delay or prevent us from properly processing your Return or Exchange request. Refunds that include shipping related charges are granted only on transactions where product is inspected by Grapevinehill, and is deemed defective or in error - return shipping refunds in these cases are limited to the standard ground rate for your items.
PLEASE NOTE: We guarantee that we will send you the item that we describe, but we cannot guarantee exact fit. While we have a 99.99% accuracy rate, we acknowledge that mistakes can happen. If in fact there is an error with your order, we will rectify the situation as quickly as possible

Returned Items Must Meet These Simple Requirements:
- Products purchased between now and December 25 may be returned anytime between now and January 31, 2012
- Product must be in original, unworn condition – only tried on for fit, sizing, etc.
- Product and Return & Exchange Form must be returned in corrugated box

REFUND RETURNS:
All returns are processed within 2 business days of receipt. All refunds are issued within 5 business days of receipt. Standard refunds are derived from your item(s) invoice amount, not including s/h. Refunds are issued in the same method of original payment, unless otherwise specified. Email confirmations are sent upon completion of refunds.
EXCHANGE RETURNS
We will process exchange requests for a like items or even similar items, based upon availability. Please keep in mind that our inventory fluctuates rapidly and frequently we do not have all sizes available. Simply complete the "Exchange" section of the form and we will make our best effort to facilitate your request. If the item you are requesting is not available when your exchange request is processed, we will notify you of the status, and process a refund. While not necessary, you may email us at info@grapevinehill.com or call us to find out if an exchange is available ahead of time.
