Grapevinehill's shipping costs are divided into 2 categories: shoes/sandals and boots. Due to the difference in weight, the shipping costs also differ slightly. Refer to the shipping tables below to find out all types of shipping costs.

Delivery time is 1-3 business days for most locations in Canada , and 2-3 days for most other locations. We cannot guarantee that your items will pass through customs without delay, but will be happy to assist should this become an issue. Please note that FedEx Priority does eliminate brokerage fees only. ** You are still responsible for all Taxes & Duties - which will be charged upon delivery. Please contact your local FedEx agent to determine your estimated taxes & duties. All international shipments are thoroughly inspected to assure perfect product fulfillment. These will not be marked as a gift. Returns will not be accepted for international shipments.

Shipping Times and General Information

Before we can ship, we process your order to verify availability of your product(s), shipping selections and credit card information. We will process your order within 1-2 business days and contact you if necessary.

All shipments of orders received on weekends go out starting on Monday, including priority shipments. All shipping time estimates are in business days. Premium Ground Shipping is estimated to be 2-6 business days - but can take an extra day to remote areas.

If the item you order is out of stock or will be delayed, we will email you with an update on the status of your order. If a significant delay is anticipated, we will not proceed with order delayed fulfillment without your approval.

If you order more than one pair of shoes and we do not have all items available in stock, we will send them separately.

How will you contact me regarding my order?

Immediately after you place an online order we'll send an automatically generated acknowledgement.

You will receive confirmation of shipment within 1-2 business days, or be notified of any delay at that time. Your notification will include the method of shipment and your tracking number. Availability of items is subject to stock on hand and/or availability of items from manufacturers. Credit card transactions are subject to verification by issuing bank.

Shipping Areas and Restrictions

Orders can be shipped to locations within the U.S., U.S. protectorates, APO/FPO addresses and Internationally to Canada, Japan and Australia as well as select countries in Western Europe. Grapevinehill.com ships to all 50 states using FedEx Ground, FedEx Express the U.S. Postal Service. International shipments are sent via FedEx International Priority only. Due to international shipping regulations, restrictions or embargo policies, Grapevinehill reserves the right to alter its allowable country list at any time.

If your shipping address is a P.O. box, the U.S. Postal Service is required.

Shipping to Hawaii and/or Alaska may experience longer than usual delivery timeframes.

We also ship to U.S. Territories including American Samoa, Federated States of Micronesia, Guam, Marshall Islands, Northern Mariana Islands, Palau, Puerto Rico, and the U.S. Virgin Islands. Parcels sent to these locations must travel via USPS and may take longer than the 5-7 business days indicated in the shopping cart.

Parcels sent to APO/FPO addresses can only be sent via the United States Postal Service and can take 1 - 2 weeks to arrive.
