S/H is not refundable unless product is deemed defective, specifically not as described, or the incorrect item was shipped to you. You do not need an RMA number for returns to Grapevinehill - however, you must include our Product Return & Exchange Form.

A: Since our inventory fluctuates so rapidly, we cannot always guarantee availability of products for exchanges. If we have it - we want you to have it! Q: How long can I wait to pay for my item?
A: From the moment an auction ends or a Buy It Now is chosen, you have exactly 15 days to complete payment. On the 15th day, we must cancel the transaction, re-post the item for sale and file with eBay for a refund of Final Value Fees that we incurred on the sale. Please note: if you are waiting on multiple items, your checkout must be completed within 15 days of your FIRST item being won.


Q: I am bidding on other items - does Grapevinehill offer combined shipping discounts?
A: If you win one item and complete our checkout immediately, you will not be eligible to receive combined shipping on subsequent items purchased or won. In order to qualify for our combined shipping discount, you must complete checkout AFTER all items are added to your cart. Items purchased using the same online ID (ie. ebay user ID) will automatically be consolidated into one checkout "cart" and will apply the combined shipping discount to your order total.
