A: Our return policy is clearly stated in every auction. If
for any reason you need to return a product, you may do so

Return & Exchange Form with your returned item. All
items are processed by our returns team within 2 business
days of receipt. Your Buy It Now or winning bid amount will
be refunded via the method that you originally paid unless
otherwise requested. S/H is not refundable unless product
is deemed defective, specifically not as described, or the
incorrect item was shipped to you. You do not need
an RMA number for returns to Grapevinehill - however, you
must include our Product
Return & Exchange Form.

What if I need to exchange an item for a different size?
A: Since our inventory fluctuates so rapidly, we cannot always
guarantee availability of products for exchanges. If we have
it - we want you to have it! You may contact our service team
in advance to find out the likelihood of exchange availability.

your returned item(s), you MUST include the

Q:
How long can I wait to pay for my item?
A: From the moment an auction ends or a Buy It Now is chosen,
you have exactly 15 days to complete payment. On the 15th
day, we must cancel the transaction, re-post the item for
sale and file with eBay for a refund of Final Value Fees that
we incurred on the sale. Please note: if you are waiting on
multiple items, your checkout must be completed within 15
days of your FIRST item being won.

I am bidding on other items - does Grapevinehill offer combined
shipping discounts?
A: If you win one item and complete our checkout
immediately, you will not be eligible to receive combined
shipping on subsequent items purchased or won. In order to
qualify for our combined shipping discount, you must complete
checkout AFTER all items are added to your cart. Items purchased
using the same online ID (ie. ebay user ID) will automatically
be consolidated into one checkout "cart" and will
apply the combined shipping discount to your order total.
Once a checkout has been completed, all subsequent transactions
will be added to a new checkout "cart". If you use
multiple online ID's, there is no way for us to combine those
checkout items. Please remember that you still only have 15
days (from the transaction date) to complete checkout - otherwise
all items in your checkout will be canceled, re-posted for
sale, and will be submitted as a dispute.

accessible to our service team for individual measurement.
